The Faith-Filled Budget Worksheet
A simple place to write down what is actually coming in, what is going out, and what you want to do differently.
Most budgets fail because they are built for someone else’s life. Someone with a steady paycheck, no surprise vet bill, no month where the grocery total just is what it is.
What is on it
- Income. Everything coming in this month, including the irregular bits.
- Fixed costs. The ones that do not move — rent or mortgage, insurance, utilities.
- Everyday spending. Groceries, fuel, the things that quietly add up.
- Giving and saving. Written in first, not last.
- The gap. What is left, or what is missing, in one honest number.
- One change. The single thing you are going to adjust before next month.
One page, on purpose
A budget you can see in one glance is a budget you will actually keep filling in. You fill in what is real, you see it in front of you, and you decide what the next right step is. That is the whole thing.
